Our Vessels

Helen Burnie (coming into service April 2012)

This DSV/AHT is the latest addition to our fleet, affording Inverlussa Marine Services even greater flexibility to meet the needs of all our customers.

Offering the highest level of manoeuvrability, the Helen Burnie is a multi-purpose support vessel specially designed for renewable energy, dive support, survey and civil projects. Designed for maximum flexibility and low operating cost, Helen Burnie offers good value for money for the large variety of tasks she can perform.

Particularly important in the design remit was the need for excellent manoeuvrability and speed without compromising on the towing, lifting and carrying capacity.

Helen Burnie has the ability to carry up to 100 tonnes deck cargo, 75 tonnes of fuel and 25 tonnes of fresh water. In addition to her three, two-berth, crew cabins her ample deck space means that she can offer modular accommodation, to meet client demand for multiple days at sea.

Margaret Sinclair

Launched in 2006 Margaret Sinclair is a 21m coastal landing craft, purpose built for Inverlussa Marine Services by Alexander Noble and Sons Ltd, of Girvan. The vessel was built to the company's exact specifications, to provide an all-round work boat fit for the varied and challenging terrain of the West Coast of Scotland.

With a cargo-carrying capacity of 68 tonnes, this highly flexible vessel, with its bow thruster and high lift rudders, offers great manoeuvrability and the ability to hold a stationary position when required. The spacious, clear working area on deck make the boat suitable for everything from ferry contracts, to cargo carrying, to survey work.

Carol Anne

The Carol Anne is a work boat/landing craft which was specifically designed to work in the fishfarm industry. Inverlussa Marine Sevices bought the vessel in 2010 and immediately invested in a new remote controlled crane, new electronics and two new engines.
